Beauty Treatment with Honey

Honey is a natural ingredient that is found in almost every home. It is extremely delicious in taste and that is why it is mostly used as a food item. It is used instead of sugar with different drinks and it is even consumed with different natural ingredients to cure different diseases. But many people do not know that honey is also an excellent ingredient to be used as a product for beauty treatment. When used in the right way it makes the skin glow so much so that one might mistake you from having come back from a good session of pole dancing fitness class. Honey acts as a natural moisturizer and it also has anti irritant properties which mean it will suit all types of skin.

Honey can be found as a major ingredient in many beauty products that are available in the market. It is found in face creams, face washes, soaps. These products contain honey in minimum quantities and can be quite expensive. So it is always better to buy pure honey from the market and make your own beauty products at home because they are less expensive and much more effective.

You can use pure honey as a face pack. You can apply the honey on your face and neck and let it dry for 15minutes. When your face soaks it up and feels dry wash it off with slightly warm water. You can also use honey as a total body pack. You can apply it all over your body before taking bath. Wash it off when you are ready to bath. It will give your skin a glowing effect.

You can also apply honey on your hair to enhance the shine and volume of your hair. What you can do is add a teaspoon of honey and one half of lemon into a cup of warm water. Shampoo you hair as usual and after that use this mixture as a natural conditioner. You do not have to wash off this mixture but let it dry naturally.

Tattoos are forever…or are they?

Tattoos are forever...or are they?

When considering whether or not to get a tattoo, many people don’t take the time to really look at the long term effects. Tattoo removal is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing procedures in cosmetic surgeons offices. Why then would you choose to put something onto your body that you may or may not like later in life.

Many people don’t take this factor into consideration when they set out to get the actual tattoo. Most people getting tattoos'are in the age range of 18 – 30, which is not surprising. Men and women at this age are still very mentally immature, and just because you happen to like a certain cartoon character, band or heaven forbid think you will stay with your significant other forever, does not mean that you will feel that way in 10 years. This is not to say that older individuals don’t get them also, but when older people get tattoos'it is usually done to symbolize a life changing event like the birth or death of a loved one, or perhaps beating a deadly disease. The truth is, it seems that the earlier a person gets a tattoo the more likely they are to be unhappy with it down the road.

So before you run to the tattoo artists shop to get Mickey Mouse emblazoned on any part of your body, think twice because you may have second thoughts in the not so distant future. And while the cost to get a tattoo can be pretty pricey, the cost to remove it will certainly be significantly more.
